Owner structure
Every IDC-company has its regional group of owners where companies in their own region always represent at least 2/3 of the part-owners. Out of these at least 50 % are SME, small and medium-sized enterprises, and no owner have bigger shares than 25 % of the total, at the most. This owner structure leads to a width and a regional network where co-operation between partners is important in order to achieve good development results.
Today (2008), we have the total of 537 partner companies, spread over our 15 IDC-companies. As the diagram shows, the owners are mainly SMEs, trade unions and local companies. Furthermore, several economic organizations and foundations are part of this as separate partners in the IDC-companies. There are about 2000 partners in these today. None of the partners is dominating, but the majority own one or a few per cent of "their own" regional IDC-company.
